The commercial basis for quotations, orders and deliveries.
These terms apply to quotations, orders and deliveries from Yatach unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Quotations are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Customised products require a deposit before tooling or production starts.
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Risk passes to the buyer when the goods are handed to the carrier. Please inspect the shipment on arrival and report transit damage to the carrier and to us within seven days.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for the period stated on the product datasheet. It does not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification or normal wear. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the affected goods.
Buyer-provided logos and artwork remain the buyer's property. Yatach retains ownership of its designs, firmware and documentation. OEM projects are covered by a separate agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Shenzhen.
